Effective 3 July 2026 · Contact: contact@phoskystudio.com

This notice explains how Phosky Studio, based in Poland, handles personal information when you visit this website or contact the studio. Phosky Studio is the controller for information used to answer studio enquiries. Shutterstock separately controls information used on its marketplace.

Information we handle

Why and how we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond, prepare quotes, take steps toward a contract and maintain necessary business records. The legal bases are your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and the studio’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its business. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.

Contact form

The website form composes an email in your own email application. It does not submit the message to our web server. Your email provider and ours process the resulting email under their own terms.

Service providers and international access

Cloudflare provides hosting, security and content delivery. Email providers process correspondence. When you follow a Shutterstock link, Shutterstock processes your visit and any transaction under its own privacy notice. These providers may process data outside Poland or the EEA using applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiry correspondence is normally removed when no longer useful, generally within 24 months. Contract, invoice and tax records may be kept for the periods required by Polish law. Security logs are retained according to Cloudflare’s applicable settings and policies.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or your local authority. Contact us at contact@phoskystudio.com.

Updates

We may update this notice as services, providers or law change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
