These terms govern use of phoskystudio.com and enquiries for Phosky Studio services. They do not replace the individual written proposal or contract agreed for a project.

Website and enquiries

Portfolio content is provided for general information and may change. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability. A service contract begins only when both parties accept a written scope, price, schedule, usage rights and payment terms.

Services

Photography, retouching and art-direction deliverables, revision rounds, cancellation terms, expenses, licence scope and delivery dates are defined in the project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, copyright remains with its original owner and clients receive only the usage rights expressly granted in writing.

Image licensing through Shutterstock

Marketplace image licences are purchased from Shutterstock. Shutterstock—not Phosky Studio—operates that checkout, issues the marketplace licence, processes payment and governs refunds and permitted uses. Always review the licence shown by Shutterstock before purchase.

Portfolio rights

Website text, design, logo and original imagery are protected by intellectual-property law. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to download, reproduce, train AI systems on, redistribute or commercially use any content. Contact us for permission or follow the relevant Shutterstock licensing link.

Liability

We take reasonable care with website information but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent law permits, Phosky Studio is not responsible for external websites, indirect loss, or use outside an agreed licence.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by Polish law, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country. Project contracts may specify appropriate courts or dispute arrangements.
